First National Bank of Michigan is privately owned by investors who value commitment to a locally controlled bank that cultivates the health and security of the communities in which they work and live. The bank opened in downtown Kalamazoo in 2006, and expanded to Portage in
2008 and the westside of Kalamazoo in 2010. In 2011, Dan Bitzer, President and CEO, led our expansion into the Grand Rapids market. Our growth continued in 2016 with the opening of a loan production office in Holland and in 2017 with a loan production
office in Lansing. In March of 2018 the loan production office in Holland relocated into the downtown area and opened as a full-service bank and in October of 2020 the loan production office in Lansing relocated to the downtown area and opened as a
full-service bank. A new Loan Production Office opened in Northern Michigan in January 2021.

First National Bank of Michigan offers the full complement of Private Banking services, retail banking services, home mortgages and personal loans, with a special emphasis on commercial banking. Supporting and advancing local businesses remains a top priority.
