Sr. Customer Service Representative, Full-Time, Grand Rapids

The Sr. Customer Service Representative is responsible for developing a positive rapport with the customer base, performing accurate and efficient financial transactions, and providing resolutions to customer requests and concerns. This role is also responsible for cross-selling and recommending additional solutions, new services, and production promotions in an effort to grow and retain our customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced, seasoned professional in retail banking.

Bank Compliance Manager

Management of banks compliance department including but not limited to: all compliance and regulations pertaining to consumer protection laws including Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering. Ensures changes with financial and regulatory laws and policies are implemented in a timely manner and that the bank is compliant. Manages the bank’s compliance policies, risk assessments and procedures to ensure they are consistent and are meeting all regulatory requirements. Works closely with all business line Managers of the bank to ensure compliance is maintained. Researches questions regarding banking rules and regulations. Oversees the development of required annual regulatory training courses. Administers and maintains oversight of the bank’s Vendor Management Program. Chairs the banks compliance committee and serves on a variety of project committees. Manages 1 Officer level employee.
