Personal Banker (full-time)

Position Summary: The Personal Banker is responsible for developing a positive rapport with the customer base, performing accurate and efficient financial transactions, and providing resolutions to customer requests and concerns. This role is also responsible for cross-selling and recommending additional products and services in an effort to grow and retain customer relationships. The Personal Banker will also assist with the mentoring and training of new and less experienced Tellers.

Operations Specialist (full-time)

Position Summary: The Operations Specialist is responsible for assisting with all cash management support for the Bank’s customers. This role will assume the primary backup role to the Deposit Operations area to include, daily balancing and delivering prompt and efficient customer support, as needed.
