Vice President, Human Resources (full-time)

Position Summary: The Vice President of Human Resources serves as a business leader to the Executive Team, Directors, Managers and employees across the organization by providing expertise and support with employee relations, performance management, organizational development, training, succession planning, recruitment/selection, and other workplace initiatives to drive operational and financial excellence. This role will provide leadership and counsel to business partners in issue resolution, policy and process development and adherence, and to ensure compliance with Federal and State employment legislation. This position will successfully meet the day-to-day requirements of the Human Resources department while maintaining a strategic and operational view that links the role to the business needs and goals.

Operations Specialist (full-time)

Position Summary: The Operations Specialist is responsible for assisting with all cash management support for the Bank’s customers. This role will assume the primary backup role to the Deposit Operations area to include, daily balancing and delivering prompt and efficient customer support, as needed. This position is located at our downtown Kalamazoo office.
