We are seeking experienced and highly motivated applicants for the following positions in Grand Rapids:

 

Commercial Bankers- Responsible for new business development efforts for C & I, Non-Profits, Healthcare, and Commercial Real Estate sectors.  The ideal candidate will have successful cross sale experience delivering state-of-the art Deposit and Treasury Management services of the bank. Maintains customer relationships with extensive portfolio management experience.  Ten plus years of banking experience are required, including formal credit training.

 

Branch Management- Responsible for managing the retail team to achieve the deposit, loan, and revenue goals of the office through the delivery of extraordinary service and proactive sales activities.  You will use your connections in the community, your partnership with our commercial bankers, and your experience to build our reputation and our results. Five plus years of branch banking experience are required.

 

Teller Positions-As a full time or part time teller at FNB, you will be responsible for providing consistently excellent service to our customers.  This includes the accurate and efficient processing of customers transactions in a friendly and professional manner.  Candidates for this position will have previous teller experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and the desire to be a part of our “service first” culture at First National Bank of Michigan.

 

Administrative/Loan Documentation-The position will support the Market President, Commercial Lenders and Branch Manager in various administrative duties.  This position will be responsible for coordinating loan closings with our commercial loan documentation department, title companies, and outside legal counsel.  The candidate will be responsible for the on boarding of new and existing treasury management customers and will be cross trained in the teller position.  The ideal candidate will have five plus years of banking experience with extensive commercial loan documentation and treasury management experience.  Prior teller experience is a plus.
